Zusammenfassung:	A device and a method for utilizing the waste-burnt ash generated by the combustion of the combustible waste as the solid fuel is provided to suppress the exhaustion of all kinds of the toxic gases including the carbon dioxide by burning the incompletely burning the combustible waste and burning the gas in a gas combustion part. A device for utilizing the waste-burnt ash generated by the combustion of the combustible waste as the solid fuel comprise an incinerator(110), a distillation tower(150), a gas combustion part(120), and a heat supply part(130). The incinerator burn incompletely the combustible waste while being provided the combustible waste. The distillation tower cools a first gas generated from the incinerator and make the first gas liquefied fuel. The gas combustion part burns a second gas not classified as the liquefied fuel by the distillation tower. The heat supply part supplies the heat to the incinerator and the gas combustion part.
