ROTARY TYPE FILLING MACHINE AND FILLING METHOD

A rotary automatic constant quantity liquid filling apparatus and a filling method thereof are provided to perform exact charge by setting filling quantity and controlling the filling quantity according to sections. A rotary automatic constant quantity liquid filling apparatus comprises a plurality of filling nozzles(10), a load cell(L) and a controller(C). The filling nozzle rotates at regular orbit and is supplied with liquid and fills a container(2) with liquid. The load cell is installed at a holding fixture supporting the container through a cell block. The load cell senses the weight of the container filled with the liquid through the cell block with the filling nozzle. The controller compares the weight value applied from the load cell on a real time basis with the target weight value and controls the operation of the filling nozzle. The controller controls to charge liquid floating in the air which is not charged in the container. The filling nozzle comprises a nozzle body, a nozzle rod and an actuator. The nozzle body has a nozzle hole spraying the liquid and a supply hole which is supplied with liquid. The nozzle rod is inserted into the inside and the outside of the nozzle body.
