Zusammenfassung:	A wastewater treatment device and a wastewater processing method using the same are provided to improve sewage disposal efficiency and condense of a wastewater treatment facility by using high-speed filter paper. A wastewater treatment device(100) includes the followings: high-speed filter paper removing a solid material within inflow water; a biological reaction tank(103) performing bio-react on the inflow water; an inlet pipe in which the inflow water is flowed; a floating medium having specific gravity is smaller than the water; and an injection unit for injecting the air into the floating medium.
