Zusammenfassung:	A one time use reversible vein needle is provided, which lowers the production cost through the bulk mass production by adopting a slide zipper structure. A one time use reversible vein needle comprises: a cylinder pipe(10) in which the resin pipe is equipped in one side; and a piston(20) which is equipped inside the cylinder pipe and is selectively moved to the front and rear. The piston comprises a sap movement path which is formed in order to guide the injection solution supplied from the back side of the cylinder pipe to the front side; and a metal needle in which a part of the leading end is selectively exposed through the resin pipe.
