Zusammenfassung:	A PE panel unit for the water tank lining, a water tank construction method, and a lining method are provided, which can reduce the work load in the lining operation and makes application property at the working site excellent. A prefabricated PE panel unit for the water tank lining comprises: a rectangular PE panel(110) made of the polyethylene; an iron bar assembly(120) of the lattice form; and an attachable/detachable type coupler(130) combined with the anchor bolt fixed to the wall of the water tank. The PE panel and iron bar assembly are integrated by the injection molding. The rectangular PE panel comprises: a rectangular water-proof plate; a plurality of reinforcing ribs; and an end part to which a plurality of reinforcing ribs are connected.
