A stage-less control headrest guide for a vehicular seat comprises a guide(12) which has a protruding button(13) and wherein a support(11) connected to headrest passes therethrough, and a spring(21) which is tightened by an elasticity. One side(24) of the spring is inserted into the button. The other side(25) of the spring is inserted into the guide. The button turns in the traverse direction.
