Zusammenfassung:	A drawing resistance measuring system of a shoulder for a sleeper is provided to measure drawing resistance of a shoulder not only when a sleeper is connected to a rail but also when a sleeper is not connected to a rail. A drawing resistance measuring system of a shoulder for a sleeper is composed of a shoulder(3) installed at the left and right side of a rail(2), a holder(4) installed on the sleeper, a drawing resistance transmitting unit(10), and a safety hook(15) fixed to the lower part of the drawing resistance transmitting unit. The drawing resistance transmitting unit is composed of a hydraulic unit(8) supplying hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic hose(6) transmitting hydraulic pressure, a hydraulic cylinder(5), and a drawing resistance applier.
