Zusammenfassung: | A surface acoustic wave sensor for diagnosing lung cancer is provided to measure VOCs gas exactly and reliably by installing polyimides formed between an input electrode and an output electrode and being made of six or more sensing films having different frequencies. A surface acoustic wave sensor for diagnosing lung cancer comprises a base cap(16), a sensor cap(12), a SAW signal generation unit(30), and a SAW signal delivery unit(84). In the base cap, a cable(80) connected to a SAW signal reader is fixed in the rear side and the sensor cap is detachably mounted in the front side. The sensor cap is detachably connected to the base cap and an air hole is formed in the sensor cap. The SAW signal generation unit is installed in the upper side of a bracket(81) formed inside the sensor cap and comprises a support plate(45), a jig member(34), and first to sixth sensing films(1,2,3,4,5,6). The SAW signal delivery unit comprises a transmission board(86) and a connection jack(82), and an interface chip(88) and delivers the SAW signal generated by being connected to the SAW signal generation unit. |
