Zusammenfassung:	A multi-rotational hydraulic actuator is provided to obtain stable high output with low power and to set/regulate the opening degree by the button operation without opening the housing. A multi-rotational hydraulic actuator comprises a hydraulic motor(30) which is installed on one end of a driving part housing(20) and rotates a motor disc(34) with the fluid pressure generated in a hydraulic generating system(10); a reduction device(40) which reduces the rotation power of a worm(42) and delivers it to a driving shaft(44); a moving shaft which is rotated with a worm shaft(43) and moves right and lift; an automatic disc(60) which is combined in one side of the moving shaft and in which several rotating pins are formed; a manual disc(70) combined in the other side of the moving shaft; a manual mode switching unit(80) which converts the worm shaft to be manually can controlled; and a handle(90) installed on the other side of the driving part housing in order to allow the worm shaft to be rotated manually.
