A mounting structure of the cowl top cover comprises as follows. The bottom of the cowl top cover is fixed to the cowl top front panel(160). The top of the cowl top cover is assembled with the wind shield glass(110). The mounting member(130) is connected in the mounting rib(101) protruded beneath the top of the cowl top cover(100). The mounting member comprises the stopper(132) in which the leading top end of cowl top cover is adapted. The mounting member is surface-combined with the wind shield glass and is adapted at the top of the cowl top outer panel(140).
