Zusammenfassung:	An admixture for cement mortar is provided to improve workability by optimizing the hydration retarding work and air entraining work due to the adsorption of cement and to increase sag resistance, bending compressive strength and adhesion strength. An admixture for cement mortar comprises (1) hydroxypropylmethylcellulose having the methyl group replacement ratio of 26-32 weight% and the hydroxypropyl group replacement ratio of 0.5-3 weight% or less; (2) at least one kind of cellulose ether of hydroxyethylmethylcellulose having the methyl group replacement ratio of 26-32 weight% and the hydroxypropyl group replacement ratio of 0.5-3 weight% or less; and (3) methyl cellulose having the methyl group replacement ratio of 27-33 weight% or less.
