Zusammenfassung: | A method for preparing the granule of Zanthoxylum piperitum, and a drink composition containing the granule prepared by the method are provided to allow the specific taste and smell of Zanthoxylum piperitum to be maintained even if it is added to coffee or drink and to prevent the precipitation in water. A method for preparing the granule of Zanthoxylum piperitum comprises the steps of moving the seed from the fruit of Zanthoxylum piperitum; mixing water and the obtained Zanthoxylum piperitum in a ratio of 4:1 - 10:1 by weight and steaming it; filtering the mixture to extract the liquid; concentrating the extract; drying the concentrated one at 25-40 deg.C; heat drying it to the water content of 0.01-0.5 %; adding water to the obtained solid part in a ratio of 1:1 - 1:3 by weight to dilute it; freeze-drying it at -15 to -40 deg.C; heat drying the freeze-dried one; and pulverizing the dried one to prepare a granule. |
