A storage tank for outdoor contains a tank package(16) made by accumulating and forming a barrel frame in order after a laminate exterior panel(18) which is a resinous material and molded is made to the barrel frame. A laminate fitting groove part(20) is extended and formed to top and bottom at one side of an inner surface of the laminate exterior panel of the tank package. 3-dimentional material which is affinity with surrounding environment including rock, material wood, stone wall and stone masonry is formed at an external side of the laminate exterior panel.
