Zusammenfassung:A biodegradable plastic composition is provided to solve the problem about a physical-chemical property(water resistance), mechanical property(strength and elasticity) and biodegradation property and to reduce the fabrication costs of the conventional biodegradable plastic. A biodegradable plastic composition is obtained by adding orange powder 20-70 parts by weight, hydrophobic material 5-70 parts by weight and water 50-200 parts by weight to the starch 100.0 parts by weight. The hydrophobic material is the calcium carbonate coated with any one selected from the group consisting of fatty acid stearic acid, fatty acid wax and rosin.
