A ROTARY TYPE PORTION MEAT PRESS APPARATUS

A rotary type portion meat pressing apparatus is provided to conduct the pressing operation of the portion meat more promptly by varying the injecting position of portion meat and the collecting position of pressed portion meat according to the operation of a rotary plate. A rotary type portion meat pressing apparatus comprises: a body(100); a control part outputting a control signal for the operation of the apparatus; a drive part driving a pressing drive unit(310) that vertically operates a pressing plate(320) which presses a portion meat according to control of the control part; guide rods(340) installed on both sides of a top face of the pressing plate; guides(350) supporting vertical movements of the guide rods; a rotation drive part(400) driving a rotation drive unit(410) that is linked to the operation of the pressing drive unit to intermittently operate a disk(420) on which a portion meat to be processed is placed; a switch panel inputting an operating signal of the control part; a display part(600) displaying the operating state of the apparatus; and a power supply part connected to the control part to supply power required in the operation of the apparatus to the control part.
