CLEANING COMPOSITION FOR CLEANING HARD SURFACE OF CLEAN ROOM USING PERFLUOROALKYLGLYCEROL DERIVATIVES

A detergent composition for the floor of a clean room is provided to allow the pollution source to be removed easily by lowering surface tension, to prevent the recontamination by having a large contact angle to the water on the surface of floor after cleaning and to reduce the generation of bubbles. A detergent composition for the floor of a clean room comprises a fluorinated alkyl glycerin derivative represented by the formula 1, wherein Rf is a C2-C8 alkyl group substituted with at least one a fluorine atom (F). Preferably the composition comprises 0.01-0.1 wt% of the fluorinated alkyl glycerin derivative; 0.5 - 1.0 wt% of a nonionic surfactant; 1 - 5 wt% of an alkylene oxide adduct; 0.01 - 0.05 wt% of a cationic surfactant; and the balance of water.
