Zusammenfassung:	A mobile VOD system and a broadcast streaming method using the same are provided to improve initial service delay time as repeater channels are divided and secure QoS of a VOD service through one channel transmission. A VOD server(100) divides channels based on bandwidth of a repeater when supplying VOD service requested from a mobile apparatus. The VOD server transmits VOD data corresponding to the VOD service through some channels among the divided channels. A channel for minimizing initial service delay time is assigned to a repeater(200). The repeater converts the VOD data into a bursty packet and retransmits the packet to a mobile apparatus(300) through the assigned channel. The mobile apparatus converts a wireless interface apparatus into an active mode or a sleep mode according to whether to receive the bursty packet converted by the repeater. The mobile apparatus stores and displays/outputs the bursty packet if the bursty packet is received.
