A SLUDGE PUMP HAVING WATER JET NOZZLES

A high pressure jet sludge dredge pump mixes sludge and precipitate or dissolves dried sludge in a digestion tank, an inlet well or a pump station such that the sludge and precipitate are easily ejected to the outside so as to easily clean the digestion tank, the inlet well and the pump station. A high pressure jet sludge dredge pump includes a motor(10) with a rotation axis(12) placed at the center thereof. The rotation axis is extended downward. An impeller(20) is installed at the bottom of the rotation axis and discharges water flowing in the direction of the axis. A casing(30) houses the motor and the impeller rotated by the motor. An inlet port(35) is formed at the bottom of the casing and waste water, sludge or sand flows to the inlet port. A vent(45) is formed at the other side of the casing and sends the waste water, sludge or sand to the outside of the casing. A water jetting pipe(52) is integrally formed along the lower perimeter of the casing. A jetting means includes a plurality of water jet nozzles(54) jetting high-pressure water in the lateral direction and vertical downward direction of the casing.
