Zusammenfassung:A driving hub for a cross-flow fan and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost thereof by forming the hub with anti-hydrolytic polyamide resin by injection-molding instead of using nonferrous metal. A method for manufacturing a driving hub for a cross-flow fan includes the steps of selecting anti-hydrolytic polyamide resin reinforced with glass fiber by 30% with respect to the entire weight thereof, preparing a driving hub mold by machining an inner diameter part(120) with a curvature of 0.005~0.01mm and forming a guide pin-hole(140) and sprues(150) on the inner diameter part, setting the mold in an injection molding device, drying the resin raw material at 80‹C with moisture of 0.2% or less and injecting the same into the injection molding device, naturally cooling the driving hub for 2-4 hours, and carrying out hole-machining for the curvature of the inner diameter part by a reamer.
