An emulsion-type adhesive composition for mixing eco-friendly cement mortar is manufactured by the emulsion polymerization of a composition comprising a methyl methacrylate 200ml as a methacrylic acid ester monomer; a 2- ethylhexylacrylat 220ml as an acrylic acid ester monomer; a methacrylic acid 30ml as an ethylenic monomer having carboxyl group; a polyoxyethylene octylphenyl ether 40 weight% solution 50ml as a polyoxy alkylphenylene surfactant; ammonium persulfate 10 weight% 50ml as an initiator; and mineral oil 10ml as a mineral oil-based antifoaming agent, in the aqueous solution.
