Zusammenfassung:	A secondary battery is provided to prevent the leakage of an electrolyte solution by improving the sealing property of an electrolyte solution injection hole formed at a cap plate. A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly which comprises a positive electrode, a separator and a negative electrode; a can which has an upper aperture for accommodating the electrode assembly; and a cap assembly which is combined with the upper aperture of the can and is provided with a cap plate(131) having an electrolyte solution injection hole, wherein a groove(137a) is formed in the axis direction of the electrolyte solution injection hole at the inner circumference of the electrolyte solution injection hole.
