Zusammenfassung:	A home network integrated service system by using VCM(Virtual Control Monitoring) and a method therefor are provided to collect a lot of environmental information on a home network, to control electronic devices according to the collected information, and to offer a security service on records about the environmental information and a control, thereby preventing a user's privacy from being exposed to the outside. VCM units(301-308, 311) obtain/encode environmental information, and transmit the obtained/encoded environmental information to a management server(300) by using ZigBee communication. The management server generates a control signal for electronic device control corresponding to the environmental information received from the VCM units, and stores/manages an environmental information threshold value in accordance with personal profiles of a home network user for the environmental information.
