METHOD AND DEVICE OF AUTOMATICAL SUPPLY AND RETRIEVAL FOR PAINTING HOSE IN THE INSIDE OF SHIP

An apparatus for automatically supplying and collecting a paint hose for painting work in a ship and a control method for the same are provided to increase painting efficiency by enabling workers to approach the painting place easily by automatically winding or unwinding the paint hose by rotating a pressurizing roller by driving force of a driving motor. In an apparatus(100) for automatically supplying and collecting a paint hose(50) for painting work in a ship, a body unit(10) comprises an upper handle(11) disposed near the center of the upside; a support piece(12) disposed near the lower side; a front center hose fixing unit(13); and hose sealing devices(14) installed at both front sides. A roller unit has upper and lower rollers arranged at the inner front part of the body unit and installed at plural roller shafts(21). A driving unit has a driving motor installed in the inner center of the rear part to rotate the roller unit; a driving gear connected to a motor shaft of the driving motor to transmit driving force; and a driven gear driven at both lower parts by the driving gear. A control unit(40) is composed of: an encoder disposed in the front of the motor shaft; an outer controller(42) connected to an antenna(43) installed at one side of the upside of the body unit; and a control board(44) disposed at one side of the lateral rear part of the body unit. The paint hose passes through the hose sealing device and the roller unit.
