Zusammenfassung:A porous carrier for wastewater treatment that supplements consumed alkalinity consistently, obtains excellent adherence of microorganisms and removes hydrogen sulfide generated in the denitrification process is provided, and a preparation method of the carrier is provided, and a wastewater treatment method using the carrier is provided. A wastewater treatment carrier using sulfur oxidizing bacteria is formed by mixing 80 to 120 weight parts of calcium hydroxide and 200 to 400 weight parts of water with 100 weight parts of pearlite. A preparation method of a wastewater treatment carrier comprises: a mixing step of mixing 80 to 120 weight parts of calcium hydroxide and 200 to 400 weight parts of water with 100 weight parts of pearlite; a molding step of kneading the mixture and molding the kneaded mixture into a molded body; a first drying step of drying the molded body at room temperature; a dipping step of dipping the dried molded body into a calcium hydroxide solution; and a second drying stepof washing the dipped molded body with distilled water and drying the washed molded body. A wastewater treatment method comprises: a first step of removing hydrogen sulfide in raw water using a first carrier prepared by immobilizing sulfur oxidizing bacteria to the molded body after obtaining a molded body by molding a mixture of 100 weight parts of sulfur, 50 to 70 weight parts of pearlite, 30 to 50 weight parts of calcium hydroxide, and 200 to 400 weight parts of water; and a second step of removing hydrogen sulfide in treated water of the first step using a second carrier prepared by immobilizing sulfur oxidizing bacteria to the molded body after obtaining a molded body by molding a mixture of 100 weight parts of pearlite, 80 to 120 weight parts of calcium hydroxide, and 200 to 400 weight parts of water.
