KNOB FOR A STANDING PASSENGER OF ELECTRIC RAIL CAR

A knob for a standing passenger of an electric rail car is provided to secure flexibility thereof by matching the position of a pin of a joint with that of an insertion hole of a grip part. A knob(1) for a standing passenger of an electric rail car includes a fixed part(10), a moving part(20), and a grip part(30). The fixed part has a groove(11) to receive a bar(2) installed in a passenger car, an insertion hole(12) connected with the groove, and a disk-shaped cap(14) to support the bar to the groove. The moving part is connected to the fixed part via a chain(21) coupled inside the insertion hole of the fixed part. The grip part has a groove to receive the lower end of the moving part and is connected to the moving part via a bar-shaped joint(33) with a stepped bottom. The cap is made of an elastic material, and both ends thereof rise along the external shape of the bar. The cap has a center hole to restrict movement of the chain.
