Zusammenfassung:	An assembly for sealing a defrosting sheath heater is provided to reduce a manufacturing time and a cost by not requiring a sealant or an adhesive. In an assembly for sealing a defrosting sheath heater, an end of a sheath pipe(2) is sealed by being mechanically pressed to reduce a cross section while inserting a cylindrical insulation cap(12) with an inner diameter to be inserted by a cold pin(10). A thermally contracted insulation tube for insulation and waterproof property is closely inserted in the outside. A section(L1) where the sheath pipe is pressed is shorter than of a length(L2) of the insulation cap. The insulation cap is made of Teflon.
