Zusammenfassung:	A wrapping band type battery pack for detecting and measuring meters is provided to enable easy attachment and detachment of a battery as an emergency power source to and from a meter, while realizing high capacity. A wrapping band type battery pack for detecting and measuring meters comprises: a battery pack main body including a first battery holder(101) and a second battery holder(102) having a semi-circular shape so as to surround the outer circumference of the cylindrical body of a meter from both halves thereof; a hinge portion(103) having a hinge shaft(105) formed at the bottom of the battery holders to perform double door-like action of the battery holders; a coupling portion formed at the top of the battery holders to fix the battery holders in the form of a cylinder; and a plurality of batteries(110) inserted into the battery holders for supplying emergency power to the meter.
