Zusammenfassung: | A method of manufacturing a composition having the function of preventing rancidity of gamma-linolenic acid and linolenic acid is provided to obtain edible additives and seasoned laver containing gamma-linolenic acid and linolenic acid which causes no rancidity. A composition having the function of preventing rancidity of gamma-linolenic acid and linolenic acid is prepared by the step of: obtaining ginger extract by grinding ginger, soaking in spirits, filtering and concentrating the extract; obtaining Curcuma root extract by grinding Curcuma root, soaking in spirits, filtering and concentrating the extract; dissolving the ginger extract, Curcuma root extract, tocopherol and lecithin in a solvent respectively and mixing the ginger extract, Curcuma root extract, tocopherol and lecithin in a weight ratio of 1:1:1:1. The solvent is selected from the group consisting of spirits, gamma-linolenic acid, linolenic acid, evening primrose seed oil and oil containing linolenic acid. |
