Zusammenfassung:An environment-friendly bamboo floor material manufacturing method and bamboo floor materials produced by using the same are provided to use the bamboo floor materials for a long time by preventing cracks and a joint from being gaped. An environment-friendly bamboo floor material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: removing moisture by placing extracted bamboos in the shade for 60 days; forming bamboo members(111) by cutting the bamboos into plural parts with keeping the predetermined standard; boiling the cut bamboo members at 100°C for 4 hours by sinking the bamboo members in the solution containing germanium and phytoncide mixed in the certain quantity of water; forcibly drying the boiled bamboo members by exposing the bamboo members to the sunlight for 7 days; drying the forcibly dried bamboo members at high temperature in a closed space of 300°C; exposing the bamboo members dried at high temperature, to the wind of 10~20m/sec. for 36 hours; shearing the surfaces of the bamboo members; bonding the bamboo members in many folds by applying a natural vegetable adhesive at the edge of the bamboo members; compressing the bamboo members by applying compression strength of 600~800kg/cm^2; forming bamboo panels(110) by cutting the compressed bamboo members in the predetermined size; forming an air suction unit at the bottom side of the cut bamboo panels in a longitudinal direction; treating the bamboo panels having the air suction units at high temperature by applying heat increased at an interval of 1 hour for 5 hours; stacking the bamboo panels in order and naturally drying the stacked bamboo panels for 7 days; and polishing the surfaces of the naturally dried bamboo panels by using a pulp non-woven fabric.
