Zusammenfassung: | An electrode composition for a solar cell is provided to maximize a photon-to-charge conversion efficiency using an electrode manufactured by using silver powder formed through spray pyrolysis or plasma. An electrode composition consists of silver powder of 85 wt%, glass frits of 2 wt%, a cellulose binder of 3 wt%, and an organic solvent of 10 wt%. The glass frit serves to hold a silver electrode after printing, drying and firing processes. The organic binder serves to bond the silver powder with the glass frits during the printing, drying and firing processes. The organic solvent includes ethyline glycol, 2-butoxy ethoxyl ethanol, 2-ethoxy ethanol, 3-methoxy-3methyl butaol, terpineol, dimethyl formamide, and dimethyl acetamide. |
