Zusammenfassung:	An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce current density and power consumption and have a wide range of color reproduction. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(300), a bottom electrode(302), an organic light emitting layer(304), and an top electrode(305). The bottom electrode is positioned on the substrate. The organic light emitting layer includes a blue light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, a red light emitting layer, and a white light emitting layer which are positioned on the bottom electrode. The top electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer. The white light emitting layer is formed by stacking the blue light emitting layer with a thickness of 75~85Å, the green light emitting layer with a thickness of 115~125Å, and the red light emitting layer with a thickness of 95~105Å.
