CUTTING APPARATUS OF A CUTTLEFISH

A cutting apparatus of a cuttlefish is provided to divide the thickness of the cuttlefish into three parts, to cut the cuttlefish thinly and in the shape of noodles. A cutting apparatus of a cuttlefish includes a case, a transfer roller(2) and a cutting device(3). The transfer roller is installed on the upper part of the inside of the case, and pulls the injected cuttlefish in a lower direction to transfer. The cutting device is installed below the transfer roller and cuts the cuttlefish that comes down after passing through the transfer roller. The cutting device includes two cutter rollers(10), a band knife and a bearing. The cutter rollers rotate with a distance between each other below the transfer roller. The band knife is rotated by the cutter roller. The bearing reduces the width of the band knife.
