Zusammenfassung:A beverage tea using Citrus unshiu Markovich peel as a main ingredient and its preparation method are provided to enhance the taste, flavor and functional properties of Citrus unshiu Markovich peel tea by adding medicinal herbs. A beverage tea using Citrus unshiu Markovich peel as a main ingredient is prepared by the steps of: (i) drying Citrus unshiu Markovich peel, lotus leaves, Morus alba L leaves, and fennel seeds for each water content to reach 10% or below; (ii) powdering the dried ingredients in 50mesh size or below; (iii) roasting Citrus unshiu Markovich peel powder at 250~300°C for 5~10min, lotus leaf powder at 230~250°C for 5~10min, Morus alba L leaf powder at 250~300°C for 7~10min, and fennel seed powder at 250~300°C for 5~10min; (iv) mixing the roasted ingredients in a weight ratio of 50:20:20:10; and (v) packing the mixture in a teabag by 1.3g.
