CLAMPING APPARATUS

A clamping apparatus is provided to remove the assembly dispersion and improve matching between center and front floors in a vehicle by using a clamper unit for clamping the adjoining portion of each side sill. A clamping apparatus comprises a clamper frame(103), an operation cylinder(107), a link arm(111), a clamper arm(115), a link(117), and a clamper unit(200). The clamper frame mounted on a vehicle has a mounting end(105) protruded on the center. The operation cylinder assembled to the lower part of the mounting end of the clamper frame is moved back and forth by the operation pressure. The link arm, whose one end is engaged with the upper part of the mounting end, is assembled to the front end of an operation rod(223) of the operation cylinder by an extension end(113) formed at the center. The clamper arm has one rear side assembled to the upper part of the clamper frame. The link has one end assembled to the rear end of the clamper arm and the other end engaged to the other end of the link arm. The clamper unit is rotated at the front end of the clamper arm in the circumferential direction of the clamper arm.
