THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING PROCESS WITH RESIST PRINTING APPLICABLE TO POLYESTER TEXTILES, AND POLYESTER TEXTILES PRINTED WITH THE ABOVE-MENTIONED PROCESSES

A thermal transfer printing process with resist printing applicable to polyester textiles, and a polyester textiles printed with the above-mentioned processes are provided to realize the pattern having harmony and independence without aligning the contour of the pattern by reiteration of various resist printing on the existing base design. A textile printing method represents the white resist printing, the coloring resist printing and the half resist printing using thermal transfer resist printing method on the polyester textiles. A base pattern of monochrome and polychrome is printed and dried using low pressure dispersion dyes printing ink on a printing cloth for transfer resist printing. A white thermal transfer resist printing cloth is made by printing of an arbitrary pattern on the base pattern of the printing cloth reiteratedly using the composite of the thermal transfer white resist printing ink including sodium silicate solution and by drying. The white resist pattern is represented by thermo-compression using a thermal transfer rotary press through confronting printing surface of thermal transfer white resist printing cloth with polyester textile knitting cloth.
