Filler for artificial turf includes hard charcoal, plasticizer, and recycled soft plastic. The plasticizer is one of DOP(DiOctyl Phatalate), DOA(DiOctyl Adipate), and TCP. The filler for artificial turf is particles. A manufacturing method of the Filler for artificial turf includes the steps of: collecting recycled soft plastic; putting the recycled soft plastic, hard charcoal, and DOP in a plastic grinder; cooling the mixed filler; and cutting the filler by a predetermined length.
