Zusammenfassung:	A mortar composition is provided to reduce the time required for application and curing, to realize substantially tack-free property after application, and to allow display of various colors. A mortar composition comprises: 100 parts by weight of at least one admixture selected from polyurethaneurea or acrylic resins; 5-50 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate having a vinyl acetate content of 1-23 wt%; 70-300 parts by weight of sand with a size of 100-300 mesh; and 40-150 parts by weight of white cement. The mortar composition further comprises 1-20 parts by weight of an ionomer optionally with 0.1-5 parts by weight of a fluorine-based nonionic surfactant, based on 100 parts by weight of the resin.
