BUCKET APPARATUS FOR CHARGING AND DISCHARGING COKES FROM COKES OVEN

A bucket equipment for charging and discharging coke is provided to discharge coke smoothly from the bucket by suppressing adhesion of non-dry distilled coke to a bottom part of a bucket, and prevent accident of the operator by making it not necessary for an operator to perform an additional operation for removing adhered coke. In a bucket equipment(1) for charging and discharging coke, into which red-hot coke(C) discharged from a coke oven is charged, and which is transported to a coke dry quenching system to discharge the coke that has been charged into the bucket equipment from the bucket equipment, the bucket equipment comprises: a bucket body(10) into which the red-hot coke is charged, and which has a discharge opening(16) formed therein; and a sliding type gate unit which opens or closes the discharge opening while the gate unit is horizontally slid along rails(34) installed at both sides of the discharge opening formed in a bottom part of the bucket body by a drive source(32) connected to the gate unit, and which suppresses adhesion of non-dry distilled coke(C') to the circumference of the discharge opening, wherein the gate unit includes an outer wall frame(40) adjusted to a distance between the rails, a supporting plate assembled onto the outer wall frame, and a heat resistant liner(42) attached onto the supporting plate.
