A method for cultivating Stropharia rugosoannulata comprising a culture medium preparing step, a culture medium sterilizing step, a spawn inoculating step, a culturing step, a soil casing step, a fruit body generating step and a mushroom breeding step is characterized in that the fruit body is generated by inducing the fruit body by maintaining a temperature at 14-18 deg.C and an air relative humidity of 85-90%.
