Zusammenfassung:A piston valve for an integrated self-leveling shock absorber by combination of a thin film disk spring is provided to improve damping efficiency of the shock absorber by using an ELV disk and an ELV spring of an extreme low speed valve. A piston valve(1) for an integrated self-leveling shock absorber by combination of a thing film disk spring comprises an upper disk combination(93), a lower disk combination(94), and an extreme low speed control valve(95). The upper disk combination if formed at an upper surface of a valve body, wherein annular constant control disks(50a,50b), first step disks(40a,40b), second step disks(30a,30b), and back up washers(20a,20b) are successively installed, and opens and closes an upper part of a compressed orifice. The lower disk combination opens and closes a lower part of an extension orifice. An orifice groove unit is formed on a valve body and communicated with the extension orifice. The extreme low speed control valve is placed in the orifice groove unit and opened and closed by shielding a lower part of the extension orifice. The extreme low speed control valve has an annular ELV disc(60), and an ELV spring(70). The annular ELV disc is placed at the upper part of the lower disk combination, and shields a boundary surface between the lower part of the extension orifice and the groove unit of the orifice. The annular ELV spring has a curvature, and supports an inner part of the ELV disc with a bent surface.
