A VACUUM CLEANER

A vacuum cleaner is provided to remove impurities in air effectively by installing a first separating unit and a second separating unit, using the centrifugal force, in order to filter impurities in air. A vacuum cleaner comprises a first separating unit(50) primarily filtering impurities in air, plural second separating units(60), and a dust container(70). The plural second separating units placed at two sides of the first separating unit separates the impurities in air by the cyclone flow. The dust container detached from the lower part of the first and second separating units collects the impurities separated by the first and second separating units. The suction direction of air flowed into the first separating unit and the discharge direction of air discharged from the second separating unit are opposed to each other. The first separating unit converts the traveling direction of air into the reverse direction and guides the impurities in air to the lower part.
