APPARATUS SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING FLAT PANEL DISPLAY AND THE METHOD OF THE SAME

A system and a method for manufacturing a flat panel display are provided to detect the state of modules through response messages from respective modules by setting instructions corresponding to the respective modules. A system for manufacturing a flat panel display includes a module unit(300), an interface unit(200), and a controller(100). The module unit includes at least one of pump and valve modules for manufacturing the flat panel display. The interface unit transmits and receives response signals and instructions with the respective modules. The controller sequentially transmits the instructions to the interface unit and senses the error of the respective modules by receiving response signals from the respective modules during a predetermined time.
