Zusammenfassung:A welding deformation control method of a Tokamak vacuum vessel is provided to prevent the determined assembling angles from changing by measuring and confirming welding deformation in real-time and reflecting welding conditions during a succeeding welding operation when welding and thus assembling the sectors to determined assembling angles at the installation position after dividing a vacuum vessel into sectors one and two and transporting the sectors to an installation position. In a welding deformation control method of a Tokamak vacuum vessel, in which the sectors are assembled to determined assembling angles at the installation position after dividing a vacuum vessel into sectors one and two and transporting the sectors to an installation position, the welding deformation control method comprises: a welding pre-treatment and preparation step(S10) of fixing the sectors one and two while reversely deforming the sectors one and two before welding as much as a deformation amount to be generated on the sectors one and two after welding of the sectors one and two, and preparing to observe deformation of the sectors one and two during welding; a welding condition changing step(S20) of feedbacking the observed deformation after welding respective portions to be welded to change welding conditions; a structure welding step(S30) of welding the portions to be welded of the sectors one and two; a welding deformation measuring and welding amount calculating and feedbacking step(S40) of measuring welding deformation generated after welding one portion to be welded to predict welding deformation that can be generated in a succeeding portion to be welded, and checking the welding amount, thereby calculating an estimated welding amount by the final welding to feedback the calculated estimated welding amount; and a welding finishing step(S50) of performing a final dimension inspection and finishing welding of the vacuum vessel at the same time.
