Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for recycling alkali treatment fluid in a cold-rolling pickling line is provided to prevent an accident by continuously removing brush hairs contained in the alkali treatment fluid. An apparatus for recycling alkali treatment fluid in a cold-rolling pickling line comprises a body section, an actuating section, and a cleaning section. The body section has a drum therein to remove impurities contained in alkali water. The actuating section continuously rotates the drum while circulating the alkali water. The actuating section includes a motor for generating rotational force, timing pulleys(12) connected to the motor through a timing belt(14), and a flange(4) provided at both sides of a tank(1) through a bearing(7).
