Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus and a method for making postal logistics codes using an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentifier) are provided to recognize, collect, store postal information based on an RFID tag attached to a postal matter, so that postal matters are distributed and delivered effectively. An apparatus for making postal logistics codes includes a header part(100), a postal logistics code part(200), and an application data part(300). The header part is assigned with an IAC(Issuing Agency Code) and an AFI(Application Family Identifier). The IAC is used to determine the origin of a tag. The AFI is used to identify a tag family. The postal logistics code part is assigned such that the service type of a postal matter and data information on the service type are read out. The application data part encodes information on the structure of application data related to the postal matter, information on the length of the postal matter, and the information on the application data.
