DISH WASHER FOR A EATING HOUSE

A dishwasher for recycling waste hot water in a restaurant is provided to heat heating water supplied to a rinsing tub quickly by installing a primary heating unit and a secondary heating unit. A dishwasher for recycling waste hot water in a restaurant comprises a cover, a washing room having a washing tub(11) and a rinsing tub(15) inside, and washing/rinsing impellers(20,25). The washing/rinsing impellers supply washing water and rinsing water to dishes to be put on the upper part of a center rack. The rinsing water is supplied to the rinsing tub after collecting waste hot water discharged from a discharging pipe(12), and primarily heating cool water supplied through a heat exchange pie(32) by a waste hot water collector(30) having an overflow pipe and a primary heating unit(100) having the heat exchange pipe. The heating water primarily heated by heat exchange with the waste hot water is supplied to a hot water tank(40) having a secondary heating unit(200), and secondarily heated through a band heater(42) installed outside at predetermined temperature. The waste hot water discharged to a hot water collector through the discharging pipe is collected to be separated from the bubbles.
