MULTI-MODEL MASK HOLDING APPARATUS IN THE PROCESS OF THE OLED DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MULTI-MODEL MASK ASSEMBLY USING THEREOF AND MANUFACTURED DIVISION TYPE, MASK ASSEMBLY THEREOF

An apparatus for arranging and holding an open and division mask in a multi-model used in a manufacturing process of an organic electroluminescence flat display, and a method for manufacturing a multi-model mask assembly using the same are provided, which is corresponding to a multi-model by automatically changing an arrangement of a clamp. A open and division mask stretching unit(1) applies a tension to one of an open mask, a division mask and a division type integral mask. The open and division mask stretching unit applies a tension to four planes of the mask to arrange and fix the mask on a mask frame. A mask and frame cart unit(2) transfers the open or division mask and the frame to a working space, and has a loading and unloading function, a frame compression function, an ITO pattern glass supply function. A laser melting and master CCD measuring unit(3) measures the open or division mask to be arranged on a correct position and melt the open or division mask with the frame. A backward motor unit(4) moves backward the mask stretching unit of a side plane of four planes for a division mask work.
