PRODUCING METHOD OF COATING MATTER FOR TEXTILE AND ITS COATING MATTER, COATING METHOD

A composition for coating a fabric, a method for producing the same, and a coating method using the same are provided to perform a printing process on a surface of the fabric easily and improve the printing quality. A composition for coating a fabric is prepared by mixing 24 wt% of PVC(polyvinyl chloride) powder, 36 wt% of DOP(diethylhexyl phthalate) as PVC solvent, 3 wt% of PVC stabilizer for preventing yellowing, 29 wt% of titanium dioxide for maintaining viscosities of the PVC powder and the DOP, 2 wt% of silica powder for regulating gloss, and 6 wt% of liquid and harmless type natural flame-proofing agent for preventing contamination, agitating the mixed matter at a temperature between a normal temperature and 80°C for 1-3 hours, and then aging the agitated matter for 24 hours. The composite is coated on a fabric(100) by forming a first coating layer(102) to wrap a yarn(101) of the fabric such that holes of the fabric are not completely covered, and then forming a second coating layer(103) on the first coating layer such that the composition connects the first coating layer thinly.
