THE PREVENT PLASTIC SHEET OF ILLEGAL STICKING POSTER

A sheet for preventing illegal sticking of an advertisement is provided to prevent adhesive surfaces from being separated by the rainwater flowing to the adhesive surfaces, by closely contacting the upper side of a sheet member to a post or an electric pole by a tensile band member for cutting off the inflow of rainwater. The UV print layer is applied in the thickness enough to prevent sticking of the poster by embossing the mesh. A tensile band member(20) for cutting off the inflow of rainwater has a sill recessed part(22) with the depth corresponding to the thickness of the sheet member. The tensile band member is connected to the upper part of the sheet member by the sill recessed part and an adhesive surface(21) is bonded in parallel with an adhesive surface(15) of the sheet member.
