METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INSPECTING MOVING PICTURE

A video inspecting method and a video inspecting system are provided to inspect error of video automatically which is manually inspected, thereby performing objective video inspection and inspecting a large amount of videos, and reducing man power necessary for video inspection. A video inspecting method comprises the following steps of: acquiring a moving video in a test pattern(S210); providing a motion vector in a frame unit for acquired video frames(S220); comparing frames of which the motion is compensated by the motion vector(S230); determining whether the video has an error according to the comparison result(S240); and generating an error code when it is determined that the error is generated in the video(S250).
